Paphos & Polis Properties comprise of a husband and wife team who understand that purchasing abroad is both very exciting yet daunting at the same time.
Over the last five years we have sold property in the Paphos area via our estate agency in the UK. In 2007 we decided to sell our business in the UK so that we could concentrate solely on Cyprus property, and be more hands on.
Our aim is to show prospective purchasers as much of the area as possible at their own pace, so they can get a real feel for this lovely corner of this island and what it offers.

We know that the £99 inspection trips sound very inviting, but they may not always be the best option as the selection of properties available can be limited and the whole experience can be quite pressurised.
If you are looking for a property for investment purposes then we can also help to point you in the right direction to the best options. There are a number of areas in and around Paphos which some are better suited as investment properties than others, and now more of the inland villages are becoming very popular for holiday and retirement villas.
Prices have been very strong over the last number of years since joining the EU, and with the introduction of the euro this trend seems to be continuing.
