Firstly we have to appologise with regard to our approach to this subject as neither of us play! But we do understand that many of you out there may click on this page first! However we do not mind a glass of icy cold “Chablis” at the 19th and being an onlooker.
This section may also be of interest to you if you do not play either, but were thinking of buying a property for investment purposes. As golfers usually pay that little bit extra to rent the right property in the right location and also it’s a game that is played all year round, thus giving a more continuous rental yield.
