Please find below a number of hints and tips that we feel maybe of when starting the quest for your ideal home.

• Make your way to Cyprus under your own steam. (This may cost more in the short term, but may pay dividends overall.) This will give you the freedom to explore and view property at YOUR own pace.
• Try not to give your details out too readily, as your phone may not stop ringing!             
• Purchase a Cyprus Sim card for your mobile phone, as call costs are MUCH cheaper.
• Explore the whole area if the property is for your own use, as once you know your way around your criteria may change.
• Remember to factor in extra costs. For example most developments do not come with air conditioning units, but only the provision for. Also property transfer tax, stamp duty etc……
• If you are purchasing an off plan property always ask to view one of the developers finished properties.
• Try to upgrade if you can to better finishes, so if in the future you want to sell your home, then yours will stand out from the others.
